Some lady answered the phone new my name and asked me about a previous delivery then another woman picked up and said that i never ordered with them before and started arguing with me… idk why it even matters but how would the person know my name and the address I got the previous delivery from if I never ordered with them before?

Ana and Melissa were absolutely wonderful! They were so helpful, professional, and patient in answering all of my questions and concerns. I truly appreciate the time and care they took, such great customer service!

I ordered 8 yards of premium hardwood mulch-it arrived on time, was carefully dropped in our driveway and is a high quality product. Communication was great and the price was reasonable. We will use Ground Effects again! I’m editing this a year later to once again add another positive review. This time we ordered metal edging and mulch. The employees we worked with went out of their way to show us around the yard, and to process our order. Everything came quickly and has worked out great once again.

Had a great experience with Ground Effects Outdoor Living. Ordered a truckload of mulch and they were very helpful, priced right and had it to my door in less then 24 hours. Driver was nice and did a great job of carefully dumping the load exactly where I asked which was in a tight spot. Will definitely use them again for all my landscaping needs.

Terrific business. Was able to answer all of my questions and helped me make the right choices. Pricing was very competitive. Very competitive. But I enjoyed the fact that Ground Effects had everything I needed in stock and other options if I wanted them. Delivery was quick and on time. Hard to find service like this these days!
